Job descriptionThe Role Processing construction progress payments, valuations, and discharges Reviewing loan contracts and ensuring settlement funds are in place Communicating with customers, brokers, and solicitors Maintaining accurate loan data in Loanworks and Finpower Processing progress claims and ensuring timely settlements Ensuring compliance with all policies and no fee discrepancies Team player with a positive willingness to learn Excellent verbal and written skills Lending / Settlement officer experience Outstanding time management skills Close attention to detail coupled with speed and accuracy Superior Customer Service skills Previous experience using Finpower (desirable) Why ABN?
