Remuneration : $112,396.00 - $116,038.00 per annum (plus super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Hours Per Week : 38

Location : Negotiable within MLHD

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join us in this exciting role to provide quality services to patients / clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical services to clients living with chronic and complex conditions in the community – Demonstrate advanced practice skills and operate as part of the integrated multidisciplinary care team.
• Exercising independent professional judgement when required to assist with the management of complex issues and cases where principles, procedures, techniques and methods require expansion, adaptation or modification.
• Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Provide support to Allied Health Assistants and students as required.
