We are a locally owned company operating in the Waste Management and Recycling industry. We have been in operation for over 30 years and are committed to providing our employees with a safe and friendly environment. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products / services and forging strong partnerships to drive our growth. As we expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead our business growth initiatives.
The Role :
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be out on the ground, meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses find better ways to manage their waste and recycling needs. You’ll be a key part of our growth strategy, supported by a passionate and experienced team. This role reports directly to our Sales Manager.
What You’ll Do :
- Visit prospective and existing customers on-site to understand their needs
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across industries
- Work closely with operations and management to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, and local networking
