- BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
- BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

- Key Responsibilities of this position will include
- Deliver high quality training to students
- Prepare for and deliver training and assessment services in accordance with RTO's policies and procedures
- Adjust / develop flexible teaching and learning strategies to assist students with barriers to learning e.g., low literacy levels, language, or disabilities
- Maintain currency of knowledge in relevant training packages and vocational industry
- Be able to work and contribute to part of a team and autonomously as required
- Develop strong relationships with students, staff, schools, and other stakeholders
- The successful Applicant must have
- BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Business Management (learning) including TAELED803 or Higher
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Recent experience teaching in the vocational education and training (VET) sector
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Current industry experience
- Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and self-management in a high-performing, outcome-focused, and principles-based environment
- Demonstrated understanding of RTO operational and legislative requirements
- A current driver's license

In order be successful in this role you should be :
- Previous Experience using LMS - Axcelerate (preferred)
- Committed to assist students and complete marking on time
- Well organised.

- Have sound computer skills, be proficient in power point presentations.
