Supervisor

Based in West Perth, this firm provides comprehensive Accounting, Taxation and Business services that have been customised to the requirements of each client.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is growing exponentially and as a result require a motivated Supervisor / Senior Accountant to manage and grow the client portfolio.

Supporting the partners, you will be guiding an ambitious team of Accountants - reviewing work, managing workflow amongst other responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior accountants along with having the ability to take ownership of your own work and clients. In return, you will enjoy a supportive, enthusiastic environment with opportunity for progression, the role can be full-time or Part-time if you have the drive and motivation!

• To be successful you will need
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Tax Preparation, Business Services in an Australian Public Practice
• Be CA / CPA qualified
• Have completed Australian tertiary studies
• Have demonstrated direct client exposure experience including stakeholder engagement
• Have a demonstrated ability to be able to build strong relationships with clients
• Have excellent communication and writing skills
• Have a strong knowledge of tax and accounting
• Possess notable leadership qualities
