Job descriptionThe role General administration duties, including but not limited to; Recruitment Maintenance of internal and client systems Collating onboarding documents Booking training and medicals Issuing PPE Project specific data entry Organising travel and accommodation & logistics General office duties. Requirements Minimum of 1 year administration experience Confident with Microsoft 365 systems Current working rights Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous What they offer Report into a greta manager and mentor Above award pay rate Full time hours Flexible working arrangements Free onsite parking (West Perth) Weekly phone allowance

Known for their excellent quality and safety record in the Perth market, they are now looking to bring in a Mobilisation Administrator, reporting to the Recruitment & Mobilisation Manager you will support the onboarding of their blue collar workforce. They currently have over 100 blue collar staff.
