How you will make an impact
The Medical Workforce Administrator will be primarily responsible for the system administration and clerical duties related to the Specialist Training Program.
The role provides support in processing administrative details for the junior doctors completing their rotations at Cabrini Hospital, including onboarding and off-boarding activities through the human resource systems.
As The Medical Workforce Administrator you will also look after the After-Hours Medical Fellow group, including recruiting and monthly roster. The role will also provide administrative support for a number of Medical Services committees
You will have :
ESSENTIAL- Demonstrated ability to administer appointments of medical staff-
SKILLS- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels, through both verbal and written communication- Proficiency with all programs of the Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and direction, as well as part of a team- Effective prioritisation of own workload, using initiative and self-direction, and employment of multi-tasking- Superior time management and organisational skills
