Position Classification : Nurse Unit Manager Level 1

Remuneration : $2,508.80 per week + annual leave loading + superannuation

Location : Concord Centre for Mental Health, Concord

About the Role

The Nursing Unit Manager role is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centred care, and nursing or midwifery excellence at unit / ward level.

Ideal Candidate

• Current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Extensive post registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary / district health care facility.
• Demonstrated proficient problem solving skills and experience in Performance Development.
