Position Summary
Our Waste Services team is seeking an Administration Officer to provide professional, timely, and accurate operational and administrative support. The role supports the smooth delivery of Council’s waste management services, with a focus on customer service, data management, and reporting.

- Temporary full‑time until November 2026, 35 hours per week with flexible arrangements.
- Base salary range : $67,627 – $74,612, plus 12% superannuation and $2,464 retention allowance.
- Location : Council’s Administration Building in Raymond Terrace.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and respond to customer enquiries.Maintain accurate waste service data and assist with reporting to contractors.Support waste service applications and process improvements.Requirements
Certificate III qualification and / or relevant administrative experience.Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits
