The opportunity
Join our Facilities and Infrastructure Directorate as an Administration Officer, where you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering professional, accurate and timely administration across Port Stephens Council’s managed cemeteries and memorial garden operations.
Permanent full-time position – 35 hours per week, with flexible work options available
Salary range : $67,627 – $74,612 per annum (based on 35 hours) + 12% superannuation
Manage the day-to-day administration of Council’s cemeteries and memorial gardens, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
Act as a key point of contact for funeral industry representatives and community members, providing clear information and professional support.
Support the Community and Recreation team by coordinating administrative processes for Park Memorial applications.
Note : This position is advertised as Administration Officer. The internal title is Facilities & Infrastructure Business Support Officer.
