ARN Campaign Design are looking for

• Campaign Design Specialist
• for a 12 month maternity cover, to generate exciting, original, integrated ideas that connect our clients with ARN's brand, talent and platforms!
• About the role
• Regularly attend, facilitate, and contribute to all ARN Brainstorm sessions creating market leading solutions to client brief responses.
• Manage internal negotiations and work with Sales, Partnerships and Promotions, and Delivery teams to ensure that all campaign ideas are on brand, on budget and able to be delivered on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Talent, Show teams, Content Directors, and Promotions and Partnerships, to craft + deliver best in-show commercial content solutions
• In conjunction with your team, design and create Client and Content led campaign responses and presentations for your local market that are on brand, on time and on budget.
• Generate proactive ideas to achieve market share revenue targets for Sales Teams and enhance programming goals.
• Represent ARN at client presentations as a part of the Commercial Department as required.
• Acquire a solid understanding of the ARN brands (KIIS, Pure Gold & iHeart), their programming objectives and commercial sales goals.
• High level communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to switch between creative thinking and logical thinking.
• Tertiary qualification in business or marketing desired, but not essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in media.
• Radio experience is desired, but not essential.
• Knowledge of the media landscape is essential.
