You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities : New Business Development – Generate and pursue new leads through cold calling, meetings, and strategic outreach.Deal Pipeline Management – Identify, assess, and progress deals from initiation to closure.Client Relationship Management – Serve as the key liaison between clients and operational teams.Sales Strategy & Execution – Oversee negotiations, proposals, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.Client Success & Retention - Strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term engagement.About You : You are a high-performing sales and business development professional, experienced in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading strategic deal progression. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing proactive outreach with structured execution. Your expertise in building trust, influencing stakeholders, and negotiating deals makes you a valuable leader in achieving success.

Ideally, You Bring : Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within solutions-based industries.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines effectively.Strategic sales mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and adjusting strategies for growth.A results-driven approach, consistently exceeding targets and objectives.Excellent communication skills, confident in presentations and client engagement.Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret sales data and inform business strategies.About us : Challenger Services Group is a leading national provider of service solutions across critical industries, including commercial cleaning, security services, hospitality, food production, government, aged care and education.
