A little bit about the role Brand Specialist in our Brand Team. Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand, video and content strategies. Work with the Brand, and Media and Marketing teams to create compelling and engaging marketing campaigns, in accordance with brand guidelines. Translate content by storytelling, understanding the audience profiles within the client lifecycle to tailor and optimise content for increased engagement. Deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcases our services, whilst advocating for people with disability. Lead the implementation of brand advertising, research, product, and promotional activity. Represent Brand and Marketing within cross-functional projects and deliver brand and strategic communication plans. Contribute to the delivery of brand projects, events, campaigns, and marcomms channels. Support junior team members through collaboration, mentoring and proofing work. Manage contractors and agencies. Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics. What will you bring Minimum 5 years of marketing experience specifically in brand management, content creation, copywriting, advertising campaigns, website, customer segmentation, planning and marketing research. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications. Experience in the implementation of marketing strategies Experience in content development with strong copywriting skills Demonstrated understanding of customer segmentation and how to position a brand, a service, and a marketing campaign. Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation. Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
