We are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic commercial team and build the career you have always dreamed of.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of commercial, corporate, and business law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, agreements and deeds.
• Manage client files with a focus on communication and achieving client outcomes.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

About You

The successful candidate must have a proven ability to take instruction, run matters independently, work collaboratively, and provide assistance to our partners and enthusiastic junior staff.

To be considered for this role, you will be a commercially driven and enthusiastic lawyer, have highly developed and effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a highly functional team, and pride yourself on your ability to manage a busy and dynamic workload.
