State Sales Manager, Wa / Sa / Nt

We now have an exciting opportunity for a WA / SA / NT State Sales Manager to come and join our team based in Perth.

• Key responsibilities for this role are
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales Account Managers
• Achieve business goals including sales, distribution, and execution of promotional plans.
• Effectively manage the P&L for WA / SA / NT
• Conduct regular in-market customer business reviews with key state and national groups.
• Manage wholesalers to achieve a world-class distribution network.
• Participate and contribute to the Australian Sales Leadership Team (SLT)
• Conduct strategic market analysis in consultation with Field Sales Manager (FSM).
• Minimum of 5 years sales leadership and management experience gained in a structured corporate and / or global environment in a relevant industry (e.g. FMCG, Retail or Hospitality)
• Understanding and experience with using CRM systems
• Experience in Key Account Management.
• Tertiary qualification in business or a similar discipline
• Valid Full Driver's License with no previous DUI charges given the nature of this role
