Due to our continuous success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Brisbane.

About The Role

• Conduct site inspections and manage budgets and programmes.
• Manage payment claims within the contract terms.
• Analyze site instructions, sub‑contractor variations and price variations and submit for approval.
• Review project documentation and identify potential defects or delays.
• Ensure records and reports are completed and captured in Procore.
• Participate in project start‑up meetings for each project.
• Review, understand and contribute to all subcontractor and supplier scopes of work.
• Provide regular budget reports to your line manager.
• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers complete their work in accordance with project documentation and specifications.
• Prepare, distribute and coordinate tender packages.
• Support Project Managers to achieve agreed programme deliveries within contract scope.
• Assist the project delivery team in meeting the target financial margin on each project.

About You – Skills and Experience

Experience monitoring project cash flow and reporting.
