An overview of the role : Coordinate effective management of all property services and works within the building This is what we’re looking for : Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium commercial assets Trade Certificate or tertiary qualifications (Trade Certificate will be favourably considered) Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines Strong customer service ethic with ability to empathise with tenant needs Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels Private Health Insurance DiscountsAs an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
