Are you a highly experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer ready to drive strategic outcomes?

A leading Legal Firm is seeking a talented Senior Lawyer to take on a pivotal advisory role, working directly with the firm's leadership on high-value matters.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead advisory services across complex corporate and commercial matters.
Spearhead M&A deals, strategic business transactions, and intricate commercial law matters.
Ensure comprehensive compliance with key regulatory frameworks (including Corporations Law, APRA, ASIC, ASX, ATO, and PPSR).
Operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 5 years PAE specialising in Corporate / Commercial Law.

Exceptional technical proficiency in M&A, corporate transactions, shareholder agreements, and business structuring.

Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide nuanced, strategic legal advice.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
