This role will be key in enabling this business to quickly and sustainably grow, making it an important part of our offer and a key differentiator for Molycop in its markets.

Key responsibilities will include, but no be limited to :
- Strategic Workforce Planning :
- Using growth trajectories, aligning the right resource supply to meet business demand across the service delivery model
- Facilitate recruitment, development and retention plans across the business
- Talent Management and recruitment :
- Develop and foster relationships with talent feeder sources including universities and agencies in core markets
- Build and maintain a strong employee value proposition for the Molycop Digital Business
- Build Functional, Technical and Leadership Competency across the business :
- Enhance the effectiveness of the lead team
- Maintain and deploy technical competency framework
- Develop a learning program and provider portfolio that aligns to the competency framework
- Develop and deploy fit for purpose Human Resource Systems and Processes :
- Lead annual performance management process, including salary and skills benchmarking against the current market (domestic and international), and aligning career goals of employees to ensure development and retainment
- Lead and advise on performance management and discipline processes
- Manage business strategy projects to upskill and develop capable people and upcoming leaders
To be successful for this role, your skills and experiences will show :
- Relevant tertiary qualification - Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 10 years of Human Resource experience, across the functions of this role
- Project and change management
- Executive level recruitment and a strong network of service providers - recruitment agencies, compensation, learning providers and legal
- Ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a growth environment
- Knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and techniques, and thorough understanding of human resources laws and regulations
- Managing across geographies or cultures would be valued
