What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of passionate Business Development professionals across the country Drive the delivery and integration of national event activity, partnerships, and car club engagement for Shannons Foster high performance through coaching, development, and empowerment of a remote and regionally dispersed team Use customer insights and market knowledge to drive brand visibility, deepen relationships, and support profitable growth Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Events, Strategy, and Customer Service to execute programs of work Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and uphold the safety and wellbeing of your team Act as a brand ambassador, championing Shannons within the Motoring Enthusiast community and wider industry What You'll Bring Proven leadership experience in business development, sales, or event-based roles, ideally within insurance, automotive, or financial services Experience managing and motivating remote teams Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills A strong grasp of performance metrics and how to use data and coaching to uplift results A passion for community, events, and driving team excellence An understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services is desirable If this opportunity sounds like the challenge, you have been looking for, please apply online today.
