We’re looking for a collaborative and engaging Regional Key Account Manager (KAM) to develop, drive and lead our East Coast regional growth agenda by maximizing the delivery of Nufarm’s Customer Value Proposition with Regional Key Accounts.

As our KAM your location within the QLD state is flexible but will require frequent regular travel, a tool of trade vehicle will be provided for full use.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
Could This Be You?
You will bring experience operating in a commercial or technical Agronomy role across Sales / Key Account Management preferably within a similar agricultural environment. You bring a passion for the Agricultural industry and a deep understanding of the crop segments in this region with a passion for maximising delivery through negotiation and strong customer service.
Technical-minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and develop constructive relationships with clients including channel partners and growers. You enjoy growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you’re results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.
Experience in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce.com) for customer data input, account management and analysis will be highly regarded.
