Job descriptionHandles all inbound calls from customers. Accurately and efficiently enters and maintains data. Handling around 40-45 calls per day. Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes. Helping customers with general enquiries, invoices, deliveries etc Communicating with different departments and external stakeholders Dealing with customer inquiries quickly and effectively. Well-spoken with a good phone manner. Strong data entry and administration skills. Proficient computer and organizational skills. Positive Can do attitude. Target and KPI's Driven. Previous experience within logistics desired. Permanent resident / Citizen only. Hybrid work (3 days from home) Ongoing Temporary role with potential to go permanent. 33 - $35 PH + Super Ongoing career development. Supportive team. Great culture.
