About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and proactive Strata Manager to take charge of a well-maintained, medium-sized portfolio. You will be supported by experienced administration staff and benefit from streamlined systems and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties Prepare and chair AGMs and committee meetings Conduct property inspections and liaise with contractors Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and insurance renewals Ensure legislative compliance and manage budgets Build strong relationships with owners, corporations, and committees Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Strata Manager Registered with the Business Licensing Authority as a Manager under the Owners Corporations Act Sound knowledge of Victorian strata legislation Excellent communication and organisational skills High level of professionalism and customer service Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary package Low portfolio volumes to support quality service delivery Flexible working arrangements Friendly and supportive team culture Convenient Eastern Suburbs location Ongoing training and professional development opportunities How to Apply
