- Role Overview
As a
- Business Development Executive
- your mission is to scale our brand through strategic franchise partnerships. You'll work closely with the CEO and Franchise Development team to drive recruitment, onboarding, and support of new franchisees, ensuring that each new location is set up for long-term success.
- Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Recruitment
- Identify and engage potential franchisees by conducting thorough market research, identifying high-potential areas, and managing the recruitment pipeline.
- Onboarding & Support
- Provide hands-on support to new franchisees throughout the onboarding process, from site selection and store launch to ongoing operational guidance.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform decisions on new franchise locations and strategies.
- Growth & Expansion
- Set ambitious, but achievable, growth targets for new franchise openings and work relentlessly to meet these targets.
- Franchisee Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, building long-term relationships that foster brand loyalty and success.
