Pemanent|part time|2.5 days|hybrid work from home, in Community and onlineSupport, Protect and Empower those experiencing family violenceBenefit from high level team support and 20 + years of experienceMake your mark : To provide innovative, trauma-informed solutions to meet the therapeutic needs of victim survivors, to support recovery from the impact of their experience of Family Violence, individual play-based interventions, advocacy, brokerage support and counselling.

Provide therapeutic interventions and parenting after violence groups for women recovering from the impact of family violence.

Individual, dyadic and group interventions for adults and children recovering from family violence.Work using a care team approach.

Skills and experience : Experience working with adult and children victim survivors.Connection with Goulburn services sector.Experience with therapeutic models and interventions.Group work facilitation skills and experience.Teamwork skills and a sound knowledge of violence and abusive behaviours and its effect on family members as required.An understanding of the Children and Young Persons Act and the Department of Human Services - Protective ServicesKnowledge and experience in the use of current and relevant theoretical frameworks in relation to working with parents and children in the context of family violence, including effective risk assessment and safety planning.Demonstrated experience in working in a strengths based framework that empowers families, maximises their choices and recognises their contributions and expertise.Demonstrated experience with maintaining accurate case records, data and statisticsMake it work : You get a salary starting at $106,637 (pro rata for part time hours)Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.SCHCADS award level 6Part time 2.5 days per week, 19 hours, permanent.Work in community across Mitchell, Strathbogie, Murrindindi Shires.Some travel to Lilydale for team connection.
