About the Role

  • Administration support and assistance for the wider team to ensure process alignment.
  • Provide support to multiple Partners to assist with work prioritisation and management of correspondence.
  • Prepare accurate client engagement documentation and support Partners with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other written documentation.
  • Support the month-end billing process and credit card / account reconciliation.
  • Support Partners and the service line with travel bookings and travel management.
  • Data entry and client data systems management.
  • Formatting of client and internal documents.
  • Undertake general office and administration duties as required.
  • Support Directors and Managers with workflow, documentation, and day-to-day admin.
  • Identify ways to streamline systems and enhance internal processes.
  • Support with ASIC and ATO lodgements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

About You

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (CAS360 would be advantageous).
