We now have an exciting opportunity for a People Assist Manager to join our dynamic People Operations team, based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This permanent full-time role offers hybrid working, a mix of in-office collaboration and working from home.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll lead a dedicated team, coach for capability uplift, and drive operational excellence through strong stakeholder engagement, ER / IR case management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR support team to deliver consistent Tier 1 and 2 services
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, changes, exits, and case management
• Embed best-practice use of Workday and ServiceNow to streamline processes and case resolution
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and immigration requirements
• Drive process improvement, automation, and maintenance of digital self-service tools and knowledge bases
• Support the delivery of cyclical HR activities, including remuneration and performance reviews
• Act as a change leader, building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support the adoption of new systems and ways of working
