Business Development Manager (Aviation)

The HMC Group is seeking to appoint a Perth-based Business Development Manager – Aviation to work closely with the Managing Director across the Nexus Airlines, Aviair, and HeliSpirit businesses.

The Business Development Manager – Aviation will drive growth in corporate, charter, and regular public transport services across regional Australia. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the resources sector, fostering key industry relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

This is a highly strategic role requiring a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of corporate aviation, charter operations, and industries such as mining, oil & gas, energy, SMEs, and government agencies.
