Job descriptionResponsibilities Management of the geoscience department of the mine; Manage grade control, resource / reserve definition and mine site exploration activities; Development, implementation, training and management of grade control practice; Lead teams to focus on process implementation and continuous improvement; Oversee resource and reserve reporting; Work closely with mine engineering and planning stakeholders to ensure sound technical decision-making; Oversee geotechnical engineering processes and practice; Ensure safe working procedures are adhered to at all times. Requirements Recognised University Degree in Geoscience discipline; Extensive underground production experience in metalliferous mining setting; Working knowledge & experience with software such as Leapfrog, Datamine, etc (advantageous); High calibre leadership, interpersonal & communication capability.
