About The Role

You will lead and influence the design, development, and implementation of organisational development initiatives that align with Organisational Design principles. This role supports the Ministry of Health’s employees in building the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to deliver on strategic goals.
Crown Clerk 11 / 12, starting salary from $145,378- $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards
