At MSWA, we're committed to providing tailored care and support for individuals living with neurological conditions, such as MS, Parkinson's, Huntington's, Motor Neuron Disease, Acquired Brain Injury, and Stroke.

MSWA is seeking a dynamic Organisational Development and Diversity Manager to join our team and drive our mission of fostering a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative people strategies that align with our organisational goals and values and foster an inclusive and diverse workforce culture.

In this role, you will champion a positive workplace culture throughout the entire employee life cycle, by designing and implementing organisational engagement initiatives that influence MSWA's culture, employee retention, and productivity. Fostering a culture that is respectful, inclusive, and celebrates diversity will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your strategic vision will guide the development of policies and practices that promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence to support and align with our Strategic Plan, Purpose, Vision, and Values.

Collaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, and you will lead a dedicated team of People and Culture professionals to deliver exceptional support and services to our employees. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in driving change and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture team, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. You will stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that Our Organization remains a leader in people and culture initiatives.

This is a permanent, full-time role based primarily at our Rivervale location.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational

Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.Proven knowledge and experience in organisational
