As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. A typical day will involve :
Ideally you'll have customer service and / or administration experience with confidence and desire to answer incoming calls. You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.
