About the Role :

Based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis, we are seeking a genuinely passionate and motivatedOperations Manager to lead several of our northern Perth centres. Reporting to the State Manager of WA, you will join a team of collaborative and supportive Operations Managers across the state, working together to drive performance of each self-storage centre in your operational area.

This is a role that demands exceptional leadership - you will be responsible for managing and leading the human, physical, and financial resources of your centres on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent operational effectiveness and excellence across the board. Just as importantly, you will foster and nurture a safe, happy, and productive working environment, maintaining full compliance with company policies and procedures as you lead your teams to success.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead, motivate and manage effective Centre teams to achieve optimal sales objectives, customer service levels and set business objectives
• Overall responsibility for achievement of financial budgets and profitability of all Centres in your operational area
• Ensure your Centres are achieving across financial performance metrics, including sales and KPI targets
• Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to continually develop Centre teams
• Oversee and ensure effective resourcing and recruitment of all Centre teams
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to Management on Centre activities and performance
• Ensure all Centres are compliant with Work Health & Safety regulations and requirements
