Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a body corporate established by statute to provide administrative services and facilities to Victoria's Courts Group (which includes the Supreme; County; Magistrates'; Children's and the Coroners Court as well as VCAT, the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria).
The CMS Project - within Court Services Victoria - is a major multi-year multi-court 'High Value high Risk' program to update Courts legacy software to a new modern future-proof platform which will lead to significant community benefits.
About the role
The CMS project has a total workforce size in excess of 130 people and requires the skills of a specialised and experienced Workforce Planning Coordinator to develop and execute a workforce strategy for the project over the next two years.
About you
You will have experience providing HR coordination for a 50+ workforce (ideally within a project or program environment), excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully juggle multiple competing priorities.
