As a Business Development Manager in our outbound team, you will be responsible for qualifying the Personify Care value proposition to prospective customers identified via outbound activities.

Responsibilities :

• Identify the problem : identify the problem to be solved, define what success looks like and match to company capabilities to define the size of the opportunity in the pipeline.
• Forecast : engage with prospects to gain high quality information that provides for accurate forecasting of opportunity size and expected contract close. Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts in CRM.
• Grow ARR : convert pipeline opportunities into new signed ARR to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined follow-up, gaining decision maker and stakeholder buy-in, confirming required budget and stepping through procurement processes to close.
• Close : Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate : Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
• Strategy : contribute to the strategic mapping of market opportunities and strategic customer accounts to drive incremental ARR growth for the team and the company.
• Improve : lead improvement initiatives based on experience of how to deliver solutions to customer problems more effectively and accelerate ARR velocity in the process.
• Relationships : maintain ongoing relationships with senior customer executives of strategic accounts to ensure ongoing alignment and future expansion opportunities. Collaborate with partners to present joint customer proposals.
• Tenders : contribute and lead the preparation of tender responses via procurement processes.
