Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the senior leadership team, this newly defined position will drive commercial outcomes across a portfolio of innovative, category-leading products with both domestic and international exposure.
The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial strategy and execution, leading customer relationships across retail, wholesale and foodservice while managing an active sales pipeline. This role will oversee both revenue growth and cost optimisation, working closely with procurement, quality, NPD, and supply chain teams to ensure aligned delivery against business goals.
This opportunity suits a commercially astute leader who brings experience in business development, account management or commercial sales within the FMCG sector. You will bring a sharp understanding of dairy and non-dairy beverages, strong financial literacy, and the confidence to navigate complex commercial negotiations and customer demands.
