About Your Role :

You will lead the growth of Thales’ Simulation, Training, and Avionics products across the defence and civil sectors in Australia and New Zealand. In this dynamic role, you will engage with defence customers across the Navy, Army, and Air Force, as well as civil aviation stakeholders, to strengthen Thales’ market presence in the region.

Your Responsibilities :

As a Business Development Manager, you are accountable for :

Drive Growth

• Achieve the AVS Portfolio Growth Targets as defined in the Strategic Business Plan (SBP) for both Business Lines (BL) and local objectives.
• Lead the capture of specific opportunities, ensuring alignment with the AVS strategy (MYB).
