Systems Analyst Professionals design, create, evaluate and document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems. They may propose modifications to the existing systems and processes, or design new systems to meet user needs as expressed in requirements documentations or user stories.
Systems Analysts are responsible for designing and analysing ICT systems and products. They gather requirements for process improvements and new features by engaging business users and development and testing teams.
Systems Analysts : _deliver flexible, quality service and products to improve customer experiencework under the general direction of senior staff to deliver resultsmake ethical, evidence based decisionsbuild rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships.Duties may include : _perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirementssupport the creation and implementation of solutions to meet business needssupport the creation and maintenance of solution documentsprovide support to daily operations and monitor performance of business solutionsadhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvementconduct testing activities such as test coverage reviews, formal or informal test execution and test planningcollaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projectsundertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documentsprepare correspondence such as reports and technical documentation for review by senior staffescalate issues as required and suggest alternative approaches and solutionsassist with cost analysis activities as requiredsupport the life cycle of changes and improvements to systemsprovide training, guidance and support for new staff where requiredexercise delegations in line with legislation and guidelines as requiredQualifications_Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
