We are a leading child care management system provider, offering helpdesk support and back-office administration services to child care providers across Australia. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth administrative operations for our clients.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting child care providers who use our software and administrative services. Your responsibilities will include :
- Handling inbound helpdesk support calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Responding to support emails and tickets and troubleshooting client issues
- Recording helpdesk outcomes and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Performing administrative tasks for our back-office administration clients
- Meeting KPIs related to response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
