Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up-to-date with current research and best practices.
