- Provide resolution to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and SMS to proactively monitor and manage accounts, identifying high-risk cases for escalation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes to ensure a clear, traceable journey for each applicant and borrower.
- Deliver outstanding service to real estate agencies and their clients using our payment platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes are followed and a high level of service is maintained.
