Service Manager - Electrical Business & Key Account

Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Manage key regional and Tier-1 commercial clients. Manage projects both in the operational & financial sense. Coordinate client supervision of service delivery teams and develop preventative maintenance service contracts Develop service delivery improvement plans. Client facing role, developing relationships, and ensuring growth within contracts while maintain long term key customers and identifying business development opportunities. Financial responsibility of the department with key account management. Efficient & cost-effective procurement of material & scheduling of staff Reviewing completed works, compiling maintenance reports & processing whilst ensuring compliance with company policies, safe work practices and statutory requirements. Have a keen eye for quality and work with the leadership team to ensure all documentation and process is in place Skills & Experience Demonstrable and successful electrical service management, project management or business unit management experience in a similar business environment. Minimum 7 years post apprenticeship experience within the electrical trade ( Essential) Proven leadership skills with experience managing client relationships Demonstrated commercial awareness of contractual obligations.
