The Role

We have an ongoing part‑time 0.6 EFT position for a Senior Family Therapist / Family Therapist in the Mid‑West community team based in St Albans. The core function of this role is to provide family therapy to infants, children and young people and their families who are receiving treatment, care and support. You will work closely with the Team Coordinator and the Discipline Senior and may be required to work across sites depending on service needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based family therapy to infants, children and young people, and their families
• Practice autonomously and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Build and maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Engage in continuous professional development and apply evidence to practice decisions
• Maintain highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
