BounceBack is a supportive, community-focused mental health program dedicated to empowering young people and their families. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that makes a real difference.
Job Description
- Part time (0.6 FTE) ongoing position. Flexible / hybrid working conditions available
- Based in Epping, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People, with some outreach required
- Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Your role, your impact
As a Family Therapist at Each, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people, their families, and support networks. Your work will help young people facing complex and chronic mental health challenges to build hope, resilience, and connection.
Key responsibilities :
Deliver evidence-based, therapeutic interventions including dyadic and family systems workUndertake case formulation, risk assessment, case coordination, and treatment for young people and familiesParticipate in team meetings, clinical reviews, professional development, and program planningComplete all organisational accountability and reporting requirements accurately and on timeWho we’re looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you :
Are a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, Social Work, or related discipline, with eligibility for membership in your qualified fieldCommunicate clearly and compassionately, engage effectively with young people, families, and diverse stakeholders, and bring a client-focused, non-judgemental approachSolve problems with creativity and adaptability, and are open to feedback, self-care, and personal growthValue diversity and lived experience, engaging authentically with people from all backgroundsDemonstrate sound clinical expertise, confident decision-making, and the ability to manage time and pivot between tasks effectivelyPossess a current state-based driver’s licenceWhat will make you stand out
Experience working clinically with young people and their support networks in the context of severe mental health issuesExperience in interdisciplinary teams and collaborative practice modelsWhat’s in it for you
