About the Role
Are you a dedicated, bold, and resilient individual? As a Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Facilities Lead and help improve service quality by handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Officer
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service.
- Respond to and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure policies are followed.
- Identify issues that need escalation and ensure quick resolutions.
