Trainer And Assessor

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to :

• Provide high quality course relevant information to enrolled students
• Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for students enrolled in the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management & Diploma of Hospitality Management courses
• Participate in the preparation and maintenance of teaching resources and learning materials
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and assessment in accordance with McIver College policies and procedures
• Monitoring student progress, providing appropriate feedback to students where required
• Undertake teaching related administrative duties, including accurate recording of student rolls
• Participating in professional development programs, meetings, and other activities organised for staff
• Reporting any non-compliance with OH&S, EEO or any other statutory regulations to the Manager as soon as practical first aid treatment when necessary
• About You

As an integral member of staff you'll bring your industry experience along with :

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with hospitality industry (Chef, Hotel Manager, etc.)
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above
• Relevant industry qualification or equivalent
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Clear and effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management & organisational skills
• Full Australian working rights
• Prepared to work on allocated sessions including weekends
