Housekeeping Team Leader

Overview

About the Role : As a Housekeeping Team Leader at The Tops, you’ll be more than just hands-on in cleaning and preparation. You’ll guide, support and train the team by setting the standard yourself. You’ll communicate daily with the Housekeeping Manager, keep workflows running smoothly, and ensure every guest space reflects the ‘home-like’ quality and care we’re known for. This is a permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) based at our Stanwell Tops site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the housekeeping team, modelling standards and ensuring high-quality cleaning and preparation of guest spaces.
• Communicate daily with the Housekeeping Manager to keep workflows running smoothly.
• check stock levels, place orders for supplies, and update the team weekly with the latest information.
• Ensure linen preparation and facilities are ready for the next group’s arrival.
• Support site preparation for events (e.g., weekends conferences) to help create spaces where guests connect and feel at home.
