Job descriptionLogistics Homebush location Monday - Friday 8am-4pm Full time hours | $32 per hour + Super Providing excellent customer service, answering urgent calls Processing urgent orders Maintaining data integrity, confidentiality and accuracy Focus on getting products out on the minute due to critical needs Tracking deliveries and updating systems Administration and reporting to update managers on the status of orders Liaising with Transport hub and international bookings. 1 years' experience within a fast-paced, customer service position, ideally in a Warehousing and distribution environment, pharmaceutical or logistics environment Experience with Oracle / SAP or similar and Excel skills You will be committed, results-driven, approachable and above all, hold the customer's queries in the highest regard; ensuring the quality of service
Homebush
- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Full time hours
Customer Service Officer
