Systems Analyst - PeopleSoft Technical

Job Description

• Lead the administration of Peoplesoft applications, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance and security standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for Peoplesoft system architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability in response to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance through effective problem-solving and technical solutions.
• Oversee Peoplesoft security management, role management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and maintenance activities, leveraging monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Peoplesoft-related inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard data and system integrity.
