We require an Office Manager to manage the administration and finance functions of our business effectively and efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills. You will play an important role in co-ordinating, maintaining and reconciling the business financials. You will be required to work independently, but also collaborate with the Business Management Team.
Duties included but are not limited to :
Payroll and superannuation management
Bank reconciliations
BAS preparation, lodgement and payment
Data entry and reconciliations
Assist sales team to provide quotes, sales invoices and co-ordinate transport
Provide accurate financial reports for management team
Assisting with new staff on boarding
Assisting with site mobilisation
Preferred Skills and Experience :
Experience with MYOB AccountRight Premier and Business Pro
Strong understanding of payroll and legislative requirements
Minimum 3 years book keeping experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail
